Jonathan is covered on the TSOEmu page, since he wasn't really part of the main restoration effort (and never actually did anything). The evidence is listed on the page: "None of the donated money was returned, and the takedown notice was never posted." --RHY3756547 (talk) 08:59, 15 May 2013 (EDT)

There is some unrelated evidence verify the take down, even though it was never posted. FreeSO received a cease and desist and one of the arguments was "donations." I myself was subject to criticism for having supposed donations on my website that were later targeted at the Brazilian community leaders who were to host My Simulation's server. --Tomas CW (talk) 01:05, 31 August 2017 (EDT)
